高校卒業後、俳優としての活動を開始。
2014年「赤鬼」でそめごころ初出演。
その後2015年「201Xの記憶」出演、
スタッフとしてツアー公演を共にしたのち入団。
そめごころ作品では、自身の幼少期の記憶をモチーフとした一人芝居「おやすみ（のち）、20分（後）に、おはよう。」をはじめ、
「ココ、ドコカ、目覚める風景。」「再訪〜大人は眠る〜」「オイル」「スクリーン」「劇場のすゝめ」「仮想野外劇　銀河鉄道の夜」など多数出演。
また、観客の記憶を上演するプレイバックシアター「ききがたたり」では、出演のみならず観客との対話を行うコンダクターの役割を担うなど、団体の活動を様々な形で支えている。
その他未就学児への読み聞かせなども行なっている。
